A new digital model for managing complex events

In this context comes the collaboration between Search On Media Group’s Ibrida.IO platform and Mapdo: a digital solution that combines a 3D map, space management, networking, and event programming into a single connected environment.
The goal is to make events easier to navigate in real time, connecting content, places, and people.
The project takes shape within We Make Future 2025, a large-scale event with hundreds of exhibitors and a continuous flow of activities. In such a dense scenario, traditional solutions are no longer sufficient to ensure immediate orientation.
An integrated platform for orientation, content, and interaction
The physical space of an event is complex, and what makes the difference is how information is distributed. Programs, booths, sessions, and content are often fragmented across different tools.
The platform addresses this by centralizing everything into a single access point.
At the core of the system is a 3D Map for Events:

The process starts from a technical floor plan, which is then reconstructed in 3D while maintaining its real structure.

Each element is connected to relevant content such as schedules, information, and updates.
The system can be used in two ways:
- Stand-alone solution
- API integration into existing platforms
Ibrida.io App acts as a centralized control system, automatically updating the map.
